The brand is powered using renewable energy, either through third-party suppliers and/or its own renewable technology.
Criteria
Option 1
- At least 96% of the brand's offices, workspaces or physical stores use 100% renewable energy supplier(s) and tariff(s). Home offices are excluded.
- For brands that manufacture, its factories or production sites use 100% renewable energy supplier(s) and tariff(s).
Option 2
- The brand has installed renewable technology on-site.
- If on-site production does not cover 100% of energy use, the remaining usage must meet Criteria Option 1.
Accepted Proof
Option 1
Energy bill or energy contract that clearly states renewable energy is being used, for the brand's offices or workspaces, dated within the last 3 months.
Energy bill or energy contract that clearly states renewable energy is being used, the brand's factories or production sites, dated within the last 3 months.
Option 2
Proof of renewable technology installation with usage data.
If on-site production does not cover 100% of energy use, proof must be provided for Criteria Option 1.
