Circular Economy for Brands: How to Adopt a Circular Business Model

Thinking about how to future-proof your business? Sustainability and circularity concepts (as well as doughnuts and closed loops) are widely discussed today in relation to business success. So how can brands make the necessary changes in reality, whilst there is the rest of the business as usual to worry about, and - where to even start?

Those are the topics we’ll cover in this webinar. You’ll walk away with real knowledge from leading experts at the Edinburgh Innovations, the University of Edinburgh’s research and innovation centre, on the circular economy and net zero principles.

You’ll find out how your brand could adopt a circular business model and how you could meet ethy’s Circular Economy standard.

The webinar will be led by Sophie Rippinger, Innovation Manager at Edinburgh Innovations.

Circular Economy and CloudEARTHi

CloudEARTHi is the name of a project, funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, designed to build capacity for innovation in the areas of circular economy, sustainability and big data.

The University of Edinburgh with Edinburgh Innovations have created a business framework and a program that now supports companies to embed net zero and circular principles into their business models. This is called EARTH Centred Business Design (ECBD) and aims to help businesses not only to do ‘less bad’ but to be driving forces of change and be a net force for good, opening up new markets, customer segments and income potential without environmental harm and within the planetary boundaries. The program includes a series of unique exercises, which enable leaders to think differently about how they might run their businesses and be a net force for good, opening up new markets, customer segments and income potential.

Please note that this event is open for ethy and ethy x Feefo verified brands and their employees only.
