SAMBAZON, an acronym for Sustainable Management of the Brazilian Amazon, is a brand with a purpose deeply rooted in fair trade practices and indigenous community support. Founded by CEO Ryan Black, the brand's mission is to introduce exceptional Amazonian food to the world while directly linking consumers to the well-being of Amazon Rainforest communities and the protection of its biodiversity.

Transparency is paramount, and the brand meticulously oversees every step of its supply chain to ensure the highest quality, ethical sourcing and processing in its two Brazilian factories: Macapá in Amapá state and Baracena in Pará state.

In 2008, SAMBAZON established the first fair trade certification for Açaí with Ecocert. Since then, Ecocert has physically audited the SAMBAZON Açaí supply chain from the harvest in the forest to the factories and headquarters.

Açaí berries, the heart of SAMBAZON's offerings, bring multiple benefits. Rich in antioxidants like anthocyanins, they bolster the body's defences against free radicals. The berry's fatty acid profile, including Omega-3, 6, and 9, supports heart health, brain function, and overall well-being.
