Looking for an easier and sustainable way to dress your baby? Look no further than SuperLooper – the award-winning and ethy verified pre-loved baby clothing rental service! With their new curated 'Selections,' eco-conscious parents can access pre-loved baby clothes that suit their individual preferences and reduce their carbon footprint. Say goodbye to hours spent trawling through charity shops or scrolling online and hello to a personal stylist for your baby!
Switching from buying and owning to renting and sharing baby clothes is an environmentally friendly purchase that reduces textile waste and takes action against climate change. SuperLooper's new system goes live on Earth Day, 22nd April 2023, coinciding with the theme of 'Investing in our Planet'. To celebrate the launch, SuperLooper has released 'The Joy of Looping' video.
SuperLooper subscribers can keep clothes for as long as they need before returning them to the loop, meaning no outgrown clothing taking up space and creating clutter. In addition to reducing textile waste, renting pre-loved baby clothes can also reduce the clothing budget, saving you over £700 per year (Ergo Baby).
Did you know that babies need 7 or 8 sizes of clothing by the time they reach the age of 2, and an estimated 183 million items of unused baby clothes are stored in UK homes, which is enough for 250 items per newborn baby each year?
SuperLooper Founder Jenny Barrett, a clothing design expert, started the company after learning about all the perfectly good baby clothes sitting in cupboards unused. All SuperLooper clothes have been donated by parents or brands doing a 'conscious clear-out,' including pieces sent in through the 'return-and-earn' scheme with several partners already signed up.
The not-for-profit service collects your individual preferences and feedback via fun and user-friendly questionnaires to deliver a fresh box of clothes every 1 or 2 months. The Playtime Selection contains a mixture of everyday and playtime grade clothes, starting from just £25 per month. With SuperLooper, you can have a personal stylist for your baby while doing your bit to reduce waste and care for the planet.
