Vegan range- What it means
- This product is vegan: it contains no ingredients or components derived from animals, such as honey, beeswax, collagen, gelatin, lanolin, carmine, silk protein or animal glycerine, and none are used in making it.
- What ethy checks
- Current vegan certification from a recognised body such as The Vegan Society, the Vegetarian Society or V Label, or a full list of the ingredients, components and materials used.
- Good to know
- Vegan isn't the same as cruelty free: this ecolabel is about what goes into the product and how it's made, not about animal testing.
Female led- What it means
- This product comes from a brand with an active female owner, founder, director or CEO. Where this is based on the company's directors and there are more than three, over half of them must be women.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with labels attached. Please email hi@theqt.co with your order number to start a return. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we recommend getting proof of postage. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and checked. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a free returns label. We don't offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return an item and place a new order for a different size.
